Hi, I got in my 1994 Volvo 850 this morning to go to school and when i got to the stop sign and pumped the brake, I heard a click, and the bulb service light came on. So i took my foot off the brake to go, and the light went away, then the same thing happened when I braked again. When I got to school, my freind checked my tail lights, to see if any of them were out, and all three came on. Can someone help me out? I want to fix the problem
Thanks alot.

More that likely one of the brake light bulbs is blown. Have a buddy sit in the car and apply the brake while you look at the tail lights and see. Simple fix

I agree with volvofreak. I was *sure* that my brake lights were fine too, until I pulled back the panel in the trunk and watched.
My brake bulbs only seem to last 3-6 months each. I'm not sure if there's an electrical problem or if the potholes here in Ontario are just too big.
