I think we figured this one out. Opened up the TCM and found that 2 wires had lifted off of the board. They happened to be for the speed sensors on the transmission. Repaired the module today. Smoke test tonight. Thanks

I tried both while spinning the wheel and while stationary. Most videos and forums say that these type of sensors should have a resistance value of abetween 8000 and 1500 Ohms. All I ever see is infinite resistance.
