Yeah, that's what I was thinking about, I've just got to figure out how to unplug and rewire it back in. I also checked my transmission fluid and it was red and seemed just fine. no smells. but I should probably change it out just to be sure. Thanks for the suggestion to replace the circuit board btw.

So I bought this beauty of a 240 about a year ago as a town car. She's had some transmission issues in the cold.
