Oil has been changed twice with mobile one 5 -30 wgt.fully synthetic . Costumes very little oil

I can drive 60-80 mph all day long and no cel but as soon as I slow down to a crawl the cel comes on. Is this a sign of the timing being off?

Thanks for that insight. I had close to a half tank but the car was parked on a steep angle with the drivers front side being the lowest. 2001 v70xc started care ran for 5 seconds and died, hasn’t started since. Ive replaced crankcase sensor . Removed top plastic and found a lot of oil on top of the block it saturated plugs thinking this is the oil cap and it fouled the plugs. Pulled plugs and replaced. Still won’t start. Sprayed star...

Ok I don’t get any fuel pressure at rail. I can hear a three second hum of fuel pump with ignition on . Does this point to the pem? I would think I’d get something if the filter were clogged. My no start happened suddenly without symptoms
