All warning lights are on w the key in on position, and with engine running. Only lights that turn off once the engine is started/running are the oil pressure and transmission arrow lights.

You can try just replacing the voltage regulator but I would take the whole thing to an auto electric shop and have it evaluated and rebuilt I was under the assumption that rebuilding these guys is a no go?? Measure the output from the alternator directly with multimeter....positive probe on b+ and negative on alternator housing while engine is idling. I've got a milwaukee fuel m18 impact DRIVER and it can break almost any lug nut loose. The only issue is that the little adapters that allow you to put on sockets break.

This would be a very rudimentary way to test, but turn on a hose and put it into the expansion tank, and turn the car on, and watch for where the water comes out. Make sure the car is cold before doing this so you don't risk overheating it.

The timing marks on the cam gears are irrelevant. The cam gears don’t sit on the cams correctly so the marks on them are arbitrary. I need to get the cam gear and cam in time w each other
