I’ve made these Leather key sleeves for SPA and P3 chassie Volvos (R-key/Flip key also available). They are made from nice, high quality leather to protect the key, yet easy to use. Key is probably ”just” wedged in there, as the back side of the key is bigger. Any wiggle action possible? Maybe a very small amount of WD40 can help lubricate it loose.

If all else fails pull and wiggle really hard, will probably only scratch/damage the plastic suround.

Test if disconnecting the battery for 10mins helps . The REM can fall asleep apperently. Mine has shown similar symptoms and making it out of power helped.

What does the gap have to do with preussare? If the gap is too large on the magnetic clutch it will not engage at any preasure :). If gap is correct it will only engage at correct preasure.
