Re: Haldex 3 AOC Pump Motor Rebuild
Unfortunately I do not have VIDA or DICE (or whatever its called). It has made troubleshooting this car for certain problems difficult to say the least. But I have been getting through it. That is the meaning for this post as well. I have the All Wheel Drive system working now. I had a thought that ...

Re: Haldex 3 AOC Pump Motor Rebuild
I finished rebuilding the motor and function tested on the bench. I got everything put back together and the All Wheel Drive is still not working. I guess its on to testing the DEM unit. Fuse is not blown.
Irritating.

Re: Haldex 3 AOC Pump Motor Rebuild
Update I finally got the motor a disassembled. The black plastic cover is simply held on by friction with an o-ring. It is a very tight fit, but it does come off. I applied some heat to the cover, and then used a small plastic rivet puller and hammered it around the edge. Prying some and it popped o...

Re: Haldex 3 AOC Pump Motor Rebuild
Thanks for those links. That Russian link had 1 picture on page 9 that was of good use. It showed 4 broken motor covers, 2 of which were the same plastic covers as mine. That's the only information I have found yet of the same pump as mine. It shows the covers will come off. But it still not answer ...

Re: Has anyone rebuilt an AOC pump with the kit from Russia??
Did you end up rebuilding your pump? What kind of pump is it? Haldex #?
I am trying to rebuild my pump, which is from a Haldex 3, but I cannot get the cover off it. Mine has a black plastic cover with nothing showing of how it attaches.
Thanks.

Haldex 3 AOC Pump Motor Rebuild
Hey group, Looking for some advice on rebuilding a Haldex 3 Pump motor from my 2007 XC90. My pump motor is bad. It does not work at all. I bought a rebuild kit online and have since removed the pump and am trying to rebuild it. The issue I am having is figuring it out how to get the motor apart. All...

Re: Another Turn Signal Issue
Figured I'd close this thread off right. As of right now, I have the turn signals working. I removed the turn signal stalk, and visually inspected what I could see of the circuit board of the steering wheel module. I noticed the 3 bottoms pins of the green connector had cold solder joints. At least ...

Re: Another Turn Signal Issue
Thanks with that kind of information.
All the signal lights work fine when the hazard lights are turned on.
I have been suspecting the circuit board behind the steering wheel. That's the area I'll concentrate on next. Work my way down the line.

Re: Another Turn Signal Issue
Right side turn signals work only when stalk is pulled back, is this still a replicable scenario? Does the headlight switch position make any difference as to whether the right turn signals work or not when stalk is pulled back? Yes it is replicable at any time. It is the only way I can use my righ...

Another Turn Signal Issue
New member. With a similar issue. I just bought a 2007 XC90. Being 12 years old, it has some issues that I am slowly fixing up. The problem that has me right now is the turn signals. The right turn signals do not work. If I put the stalk in right turn signal position then pull the stalk to flash hig...
