Belt does not have direction arrows but I did put the belt so that the text was readable from right side of engine.
Also undid the tensioner bolt, retorqued it, and now the belt is a few mm closer to the center of the sprocket. Something must have been off the first time..

Any of the pulleys can cause it. On mine it was the crank pulley. Yeah, I first figured some pulley had to be the issue.
