Thanks for the replies. I had another user on a different forum suggest the radiator tamper sensor also. Since it's a cheap part, I'll replace that first and see what happens. I was told I might also need to have the software updated.

Have you checked the voltage while the alert is active? I'm wondering why it's showing the alert yet the voltage seems to indicate that it is indeed charging.
