2000 V70 Odd hard start
My 2000 v70 x/c turbo is difficult to start. Going through the forums I have tried most all. Key on off , inline checkvalve, timing, fuel pressure, ect. The thing is once it does start it runs fine. Shut it off, wait 5 seconds, starts. Shut it off, wait 10 seconds, starts. Shut it off, wait 15 secon...
