I've been waiting for -20 degrees to post a confirmation reply that the fix is successful. The temperatures are getting warmer, the month of March 2021 is around the corner, and I only saw -17 degrees on the coldest night so far here in Ontario. I do not think there will be a -20 degrees this winter...

Update:
-8 degrees Celsius outside a couple of nights ago. The car started without hesitation. Remember it was having trouble starting at -5 degrees Celsius before. This is heading in the right direction. Still cannot finalize the thread until next cold season unfortunately.
