Re: Volvo V70 II no low beam adjuster mechanism

Yeah, probably Im too accurate about this. To adjust Im using proffesional equipment for headlight because I have it in work. So, this can be normal that I have only one manual adjuster on lamp?

Re: Volvo V70 II no low beam adjuster mechanism

I can adjust lamp manually by rotating gear but imagine a situation- white collar guy gets his girlfriend and her family to a party. Her mother is fat. Rear of car is lower than usual and you have to stop by gas station, open a hood and adjust by one turn to lower low beam. Crazy.... I have that sit...

Volvo V70 II no low beam adjuster mechanism

Hi. In my V70 I have no electrical leveling motors in headlamps. That means, if something heavy is in trunk I start to blind other drivers. It is certainly not acceptable for volvo. I also have no manual level adjuster next to light switch and no auto adjusters at the suspension. Next to headlamps t...

Thanks. I hope that can help somebody. Rare case but this situation can demonstrate how system behave at grounded fuel pump.

Re: P2 fuel pump control model PEM control waveforms

If the pump is getting about 12 V from TCM yellow wire and PWM is about 2.7 V to 0 like in my case, that means fuel pump ground is shortened. Some electricans do this for temporary fix when PEM failure happens.

Re: Volvo V70 II 2.4 B5244S6 Fuel pressure problem

Problem solved. Probably fuel module PEM fail and previous owner/mechanic shortened fuel pump ground. Because fuel pump is controlled by negative/ground signal, so it was working on 100% load. After replacing PEM and remove shorting cable in fuel tank, everything is fine and no check engine light. h...

Re: Volvo V70 II 2.4 B5244S6 Fuel pressure problem

I have changed the PEM for 30769225 and problem is still the same. No difference. Looking on live data on SUN PDL diagnoscope, fuel pressure is from 43.5 psi (3 bar) at engine off to 72.5 (5 bar) at engine running. My next step is to educate myself and take a good look at fuel pressure sensor or fue...

I got that information:
Volvo Webstore is little bit easy on this. Everything are correct :) so im not sure are they reliable.

Crossing reference is from ford:

That means ford module will be right?

Re: Volvo V70 II 2.4 B5244S6 Fuel pressure problem

Something comes up. I have opened PEM module and there was a lot of oxidation and I'm pretty sure problem is there.
I have read some posts but I'm not sure. PEM number is 0 580 001 001/ 8634953, should I use exact same number or will it cross with different?
