Volvo V70 2.0F B4204S4 2008 Flexifuel

In the morning, the car just stopped start . Checked spark plugs and ignition sparks
Its OK. Fuel pump fuse is OK.. But spark plugs is dry-no fuel.
Maybe somebody knows.
Do I need to drop the fuel tank in order to replace the fuel pump. Or the door to the fuel ...
