anyone know some tips ?

Hi im having issues with acc power not being present. Neither are cigarette power and right seat adjustment power. (unknown if they are relatable) Checked all the fuses but couldn't find a blown fuse. Tested with multimeter if that matters. constant power is present. Also my sunroof opens and closes...
