Re: Code P0410 - Did the SAS Delete but Code Persists

Just a quick update on the ECU fix. Done and dusted. Took ... 15-20 minutes beginning to end. Just copied Chuck's image. I did notice Robert unplugged the pump when he reinstalled the ECU but I figured it is dead anyway so left it. Cleared codes and ran it and checked it again and all good. Oddly, n...

Re: Code P0410 - Did the SAS Delete but Code Persists

Okay, thanks Chuck. Bottom line is to do it the same as you did it in the posted pic so that sounds good to me. Not sure about all the different series. I looked up the Flashed ECU you mentioned. That is a very nice gain in HP. I had one that was 'chipped' for awhile and it would leave rubber in 3 g...

Re: Code P0410 - Did the SAS Delete but Code Persists

There is a "A" side and a "B" side. On the "A" side, the "30's" are on the top. On the "B" side, they're on the bottom. Install your diode like I did in the pic. That is correct, A32 to A37. I see the "A" and "B" now Chuck and it...

Re: Code P0410 - Did the SAS Delete but Code Persists

I have found the difference My Volvo was made in Brussels. Not sure if that in and of itself makes a big difference but my ECU is a P/N is 261 204 607. And it looks the same as Chuck W's ECU. The one that RobertDIY had in the video was a P/N 261 203 072. So the numbering showed up on both the outsid...

Re: Code P0410 - Did the SAS Delete but Code Persists

If you zoom in, you can my problem with the logic. It looks like the 32-37 is on the opposite side of the ECU

Re: Code P0410 - Did the SAS Delete but Code Persists

Huh, that is my exact problem. My '30' is on the opposite side of the gap than yours. Your fix looks the same as the RobertDIY video but my numbers (on the other side) are on the left side of the pic ... ?
