Opinions anyone?

So I finally had a shop look at this car for me. They say no compression on cylinder 1. But I did a compression and leak down test on the car before I ever messed with the timing and everything looked fine. But now i know the timing is off but no compression in just cylinder 1? Havent checked myself...

It did sound like it came from the left side by the air box. Ill get in there and check it out again later

Could it have anything to do with oil pressure sensor?

When I'm turning the exhaust cam I can feel it feels like its turning over and it takes a little force is that okay? Anything else I should be aware of trying to start the car when its too out of time to start? Im only letting it crank once or twice. You can hear it not sounding like it'll turn over...
