Not to any great amount, flywheel teeth were a bit worn and getting the intercooler pipe back on the throttle body was a pig.....

Just an update.... many thanks for the advice on the starter motor.... have changed it for a new one.... instant starting.....

Thanks for the reply.... I should have added that I’ve changed the halo as the very first job. Also I’m in England so 25c doesn’t happen that often
I’m waiting for delivery of my new starter and will let you know how it goes. Thanks again

The biggest issue I have at the moment is .. it will crank but no start.... however if you mess with the cranking time...
