So I habe been reading about how to adjust the timing belt and haven't found much info on it, does this mean I need to replace the belt?

So I just finished turning the timing belt and it was visibly off so will fix it tommorrow. Any idea why it wont shift auto whem I first start it for a few min of driving? Throttle body?

Hey thanks for the response, I'll check the sensors today and the timing belt, oil was changed recently, the ABS is still on and has neen the longest. What about the MAF sensor and throttle body? The jerking is what is really worrying me. Thanks!
