I have similar issues with my 2006 S80 2.5 Turbo.I replaced the ETB with a xemodex unit and had to use their harness to ECM.I also replaced a.p.p.sensor. with a new one from Volvo,problem is blowing the fuse on that circuit.Wiring is in good shape.The voltage @ pedal sensor is #1@3.69v. #2 @ 10.79v....
