I ended up using the OEM broken bracket piece with the nut to secure it back in after i removed the rivet. Worked perfectly!!

Same issue over here with the nut missing on the replacement track, however i got mine form a junk yard, not the dealer, and it came with a cut out rivet in the hole. I’m gonna get a nut for it, and drill the old rivet out. Thanks so much for this post.
