Okay I think I got it figured out now I bypassed the metal loop under the spark plugs cover by routing my vacuum tree to my ptc and fuel pressure regulator

Almost finished refurbishing my 94 turbo (pcv, turbo vacuum lines, etc) and I either made a mistake somewhere or am just not understanding the next step.
