My '99 C70 convert has "the" seat problem...seat back stuck forward. Springy things are intact. Per others I'm trying to inspect cables by pulling off leather but stymied by the seat back release lever.

I see the torx screw for the plate, but how do your remove the lever? Don't want to ...
