Thanks, I have a KKL cable on the way. I tried to clean every connector on the transmission i saw but couldn't get the TCM out without that special tool, so I ordered that too. There was alot more dust in that electronics box than I expected. I hope contact cleaner on the TCM socket does it.

I have a 1999 s70 that had the errors p1618, p0753, and p0713 when i got it read at autozone. It seems to get stuck in limp mode when going at lower speeds, particularly in parking lots.
