I found and fit same bulbs from B4 Passat instrument cluster, fits my 1999 Volvo V70 manual climate control panel and works. They are 12V 2W and socket type BX8.4D.

Was it the release bearing making the noise?


Will never know for sure. Did put new release bearing, clutch plate and disc.
Old release bearing had a lot more lateral play than new one tho.
In the video Iinked, in the comments he suggests old clutch disc was "polished", thus the screeching ...

Solved. Replacing clutch fixed the problem. Here is one youtube short where same noise occur, also clutch replacement solved the issue

Thanks for reply! Yep my bad, its lambda reading. Its strange as both pre cat and post cat sensors are 4 wired sensors, look idendical, so they must be narrow band? The current reading on front sensor -96.07 mA is strange also.
