I quit trying to figure it out behind the computer and figured it out under the car! Only thing left to figure out is how to get the line that runs along side the engine (from the oil cooler to the rear of the engine) loose... once it's gone, I can get to the last 2 bolts that need to come out

Mechanics skills are good... and I've got all of my dad's tools (he was a life-long mechanic). He discouraged me from doing car mechanic work - but I can do pretty much anything mechanically.
