Thanks for the reply, I have tried that and unfortunately the key fob still does nothing. The only way I can lock/unlock is with the key and that doesn't operate any of the other doors or the boot/trunk or the petrol tank flap. I have had a major electrical fail after having to 'jump' start using a battery pack booster. I had to leave the car for 3 weeks in a hotel car park and on my return the battery was completely flat. I had this a couple of months ago and fitted a new boost pressure control valve and it's fixed. It was literally a 10 minute job and cost £43 GB Pounds.
