Received the new actuator and vtI is correct, the CCM does not recognize it. We used and iScan device to check both the old one and the new one. The old one was recognized and just fried. Ok so I checked as instructed and found that its the bottom forward actuator that moves the blend door for the defrost vents. The arms are fine, actuator is toast. Got one ordered from FCP and I'll have in about 3 business days. Let you know how I make out. Thank you again!
