2007 v70 140K (DSTC) is off and on showing 'Brake System / Brake Assist Svce Required' messages, AND cruise control is suddenly non-functional.

Brakes are good, brake fluid full, braking is normal. No VIDA codes during this period.

Any thoughts, links about this would be valued. Ty!

Anyone have a parts car can sell a couple of license plate bulb sockets for a v70 2007 140K.
Mine are fried.

Just need the sockets and a few inches of the original wire.

My ‘07 V70 137k has frayed driver side seatbelt.

Dealer says entire mechanism needs replacement (non-serviceable…). c. $1,000 - $450/parts $550/labor 2 hrs.

Of course I thought I could just replace the belt…

I’d appreciate any perspectives on this.

Hello All, I’d value thoughts on the question of replacing front brake rotors now, and the rears later. Brakes currently 100% no pulse. But front rotors are noticeably thin. Maybe do nothing till pulsing starts? Maybe replace fronts only? Do some shops insist on all or nothing? Thanks for any though...
