Did you ever figure this out? If so, could you tell me what you used?

I am having the same issue in a 2007 Volvo S60 that I just bought. I’m getting a CCM code 0071 “Damper motor faulty position”.

I also don’t know how to get to it…can I get to it by removing the glove box or does the whole dash ...
