Hi Neil, Yes, the Volvo Mechanic thought it could be the valves. He first swapped around the ignition coil packs. The engine still was misfiring so then did a compression test. Thanks for your input :) Could just be bad timing/valves damaged, or the scary P2 R cylinder bore cracks. Shame. Neil.
