Hello all, sorry for awakening this aging thread...

I have the same symptoms as shiloh51933 with the codes and the hesitation under 2000 rpm.

I wanted to ask is after you fixed the broke hose, did both the hesitation and codes go away?

I'm in the process of troubleshooting this.
