Hard to say without being close to the car with stethoscope. I would first question quality of the tensioner roller and idler pulley(hope you replaced both with quality items). If that was checked and looks good, I would make sure all the surrounding metal plates(covers) properly tensioner so no vi...

Hi,
I did a full rebuild on the PCV system, already put all together and the car is running great, but i just checked and i'am leaking fuel from the Pipe line on the Injector Rail, any chance to repair that?
Or i have to get a new pipe line?

Forgot to mention that i did a full rebuild on the PCV system, so i had to remove the alternator and move the AC compressor also, is there any chance to install both somehow on a more back position and that's why the belt ins't fitting?

Hi, Just about to trow the towel on this..... Just beginning swapping the Serpentine Belt, bought from Bosh, Part Number 1987946208 and also bought the new Tensor from SNR GA365.31. Made all the steps on removing the balancer and so on but the god dam thing wont fit in the spot, even with the Tensio...
