The old hatch is the single grey and like orange/brown connector, the new hatch has 3 connectors that are like grey n mostly black

Hello ladies and gents, I've just bought this used Volvo XC 90 and hada replace the broken rear windshield witha different hatch from the junkyard, now it's bolted in and closes, but there's different plugs here....need help??
