I've been scrutinizing different data available on my OBDII scanner through the Car Scanner app, and some of it I don't understand.

Thermostat Duty (rpm), what does that mean, does a thermostat have an rpm?

When car is on and running it seems to hover around 20 or 30 'rpm'.

Any feedback on the Xemodex ECM process, anyone done it to address overheating issues?

Any other suggestions for this weird overheating issue? I am at a loss on what to try next.
