Ok, so the same problem is back, it went away for some weeks (I actually didn't drive the car so much). I thought I had magically cured it by replacing ABS module (which had to be replaced anyway). Again... Cold start => idling fine, no stuttering => select D or R => engine revs drop, almost dies, P...

Solved! I replaced the ABS module and the cold start problem is gone! I replaced it because I suddenly had ABS and STC warning lights intermittently, also the lambda warning light. I don't understand how the ABS module could make the engine stutter when cold, but problem 100% gone! What is the logic...
