No luck locating the bolt connection shown in vida, I think It does not exist on 2006 XC90 Attached is the connection that was unlocatable

Trying to replace the lower coupler (under the rubber boot) on a 2006 XC90 (see part #7 on schematic below. I was expecting to see pinch bolt under the dash to release the column shaft so I can thereafter remove the coupler off the shaft. Any help identifying how to R&R lower .steering ...
