Re: S60R 2004 – falling fuel pressure
According to Vida, I have fuel pump basket 30761744. I can use 30761745, but I have to replace the electrical connector of the overflow pump. I can also buy 30761747 at a good price, but it differs in terms of the valve and I don't know if it is located inside the fuel basket and at what pressure it...

Re: S60R 2004 – falling fuel pressure

Re: S60R 2004 – falling fuel pressure
The valve pictured is the max pressure relief. The other item holding pressure is the check vale integrated into fuel pump. When you hook up the fuel line to sender top you have both in the circuit. Did you remove the sender and actually see it dripping? The fuel sender assembly fixes both leak sou...

Re: S60R 2004 – falling fuel pressure
The fuel pressure sensor is 100% functional; the problem lies in the valve in the pump – see photo 1.

S60R 2004 – falling fuel pressure
Hello, pressure loss after turning off the engine. I checked that the pressure is escaping through the valve shown in the photo. I disconnected the return hose from the pump, installed a tube and held it with my finger, turned the key in the ignition and observed the pressure parameters in Vida to c...
