Were you able to identify the reason for the misfire if you already did. I am a DIYer myself and lately I have similar symptoms with `Engine Service Required Urgent` message. I am assuming it is in LIMP mode and not sure if they are the ignition coils.

Did you guys try doing the Glove test and looking at the PCV system. The glove when put on the oil cap should inflate on idle telling that there is issue with the PCV system or the catch box to be more specific.

If not, try disconnect overnight and see.
