Found a vacume leak and she's back to normal. Initially I found a vacume leak, fixed and had no change in symptoms. I did the fuel pressure test and that's when I found the OTHER broken vacume line lmao. SMH it was a simple fix all along, the car adjusted back to normal idle after just a few seconds

Yes I did a thorough clean on the TB although it wasn't very dirty to begin with. In addition, replaced the TB gasket.
