Try looking in Device Manager, then go to Ports (COM&LPT) You will probably see USB Serial Device (COM 7) or plug in your DiCE and see if it appears by plugging it in and unplugging it and seeing if anything appears or disappears, and see if your computer is registering it, this is what happened...
