The replacement Alternator is in, The reverse installation was straight forward completed in 45 mins not bad for a novice working on this engine. I have checked the voltage on the battery - when the car is running @ 2,000 revs and also with a/c runnning and this is topping out @ 13volts is this righ...

Alternator out and waiting for the replacement to arrive, task was straight forward removed in less than 40 mins

Thanks Bill, have ordered the Alternator from the company you advised, thanks alot cheaper than everywhere else.
getting to the tensioner and removing the plastic cap looks like a nightmare... any advise who this is acheived
