The fuel lines are 100% not kinked and it’s the Bosch one

I opened it up at 1/4 and looked in and there’s plenty of fuel in there.

How does that side work? The wiring for it looks like it’s only job to is measure the level on that side?

I keep having this problem as soon as I hit 1/4 tank petrol. The car will have barely any throttle and it will either end up stalling or be fine if I sit for a few mins. I have a Volvo v70 T5 2005 It has some sort of fueling problem. After about 20 mins of driving it will start to lose fuel pressure and lose throttle.
