Yes there is fuel pressure on the rail, and i have tested the fuel pump relay in my v70 and it works fine.

Havent changed spark pluggs but i would think it would still run (just badly) with old plugs.

I haven't pulled any pluggs and checked but i got the car with 115 thousand and it looked like ...
