In the drawing it looks like number: 11 with 38, 42, 12.

Volvo dealer service department diagnosed check engine code P0442.
Needs new fuel filler neck 30742329, but part discontinued and no aftermarket found.
Trying to figure out options and best next steps:
- wait for used 30742329 to surface
- find suitable replacement part
- have mechanic to fix fuel ...
