Ok looks like ive sorted it. I removed the trim under the glovebox and found 4 torx screws holding a cover for the cabin filter. Removed the filter and it was choked up and sooty black. Just as a test I replaced the cover and tried the system again without a filter. Now thats more like it! strong ai...
