Thanks for moving me to the right site and the helpful instructions. Found out the outside door handle's inner plastic lever which connected to the metal hanger was broken off. I bought a used handle and I think I fixed it. Was confused on which side the metal hanger should go into the plastic lever...

I am not a super repair guy. I have heard I may need to remove inner door panel to fix this problem. Is it fairly straight forward? If anybody knows where I can look up a 960 manual online I would be greatful as well.
