Hi My S80/2.9 //90k miles...has an intermittant buzzing noise almost like a pump noise from the transmission. It runs great and I get no check light or codes. 1999 S80 2.9 (NON turbo) Front oxygen sensors replacement

I have to replace the 2 front oxygen sensors. The car has 85kmiles. I have the dash light on and a tester says that both have the heaters out. The car runs great otherwise and I think that it is because the heaters just give an added degree of precision vs a total sensor failure. That said I have to...

S80 license plate "acorn" nuts

The factory "acorn" nuts are just painted steel and mine rusted and stained the plate. I replaced all of them with stainless ones for ~$6. I got them at Lowes in the bolt drawer. I seem to think that they are 6mm?? Bring one with you and match it to a bolt.

Yes they know VERY well about the problem. Yes they are vnted and breathe - however when they inhale they take in moisture. The factory "fix" was as you said a gore - tex insert in the plastic rear cover - VERY clever! It is a square cloth in the center. but in true style they only provide...
