I am having similar issues.. 94 850 Turbo 5speed. Below -10c it will not start.. Pulled into shop, cleaned plugs and it went. Next day wouldn't start. Put in new plugs lastnight and it fired right up (inside shop). Today, it is outside and won't start. Here is what I have done:

That light is your "Lambda" light, (Check Engine). You need to read the codes from your ECU to find out what has caused the issue. Something is likely unplugged under the hood causing the light to come on.

Connect to diagnostic lead to the B5 terminal (Right hand diagnostic box) with ignition in the on position (engine not running)
Press the button for 1 second and release
Now you should get a series of blinks (ie 2-2-2) once the 3 digits have displayed, press the button for 1 second again.
