My vehicle isn't equipped with fog lights from the factory, however the wires are ran to the cut-outs in my bumper cover.
Does this mean that everything is already wired and ready to go if I were to just add the lights/switch?

Re: V70 01 headlight lens replacement - bumper removal
Relatively simple procedure, and much better than forking over $400 for the whole headlight assembly plus another $125 for install. It took me about 45 minutes without any real issues. Bumper cover slid right off, after removing 2 bolts and 2 torx screws in the wheel wells. The urethane seal that he...

V70 01 headlight lens replacement - bumper removal
I just received a new headlight lens in the mail, now it's time to put it on. Looks to be more to it than most other vehicles. When I pull the bumper, are there any airbag sensors that I've got to be especially aware of? Any other hints would be appreciated.

These instructions don't mention adding sealant to the new gasket. Is it optional?vegasjetskier wrote:

nada. It goes directly into my intake manifold, opposite side of the TB.MadeInJapan wrote:On your last picture- the most left hose should have a larger hose connecting to it leading to the accordion intake hose.

Re: 2001 V70 Clogged Oil Trap box or ETM
$780 is a bargain... from the dealer. I was just quoted $850 for the same job, after my sw upgrade. I ended up pulling my trap, which all-in-all wasn't 'that' bad of a chore. So far I've found no restrictions. Mine is still tore apart, trying to understand why I have high crankcase pressure. High cr...

Re: I just removed my crankcase breather
Mine apparently doesn't have that hose. Only hoses include two that go into the block, one onto the pass side of my intake (opposite throttle body), and one to the top of the valve cover. Any idea what that cylinder shaped appendage is on the top of my oil trap? I noticed a tiny hole at the bottom o...

I just removed my crankcase breather
...and it doesn't look like any of the pictures I've seen. It felt fairly light (read as 'not full of crud'), and not too much gunk in the engine ports, but some. When I blow through all of the tubes, I don't notice any restriction? Is there anything more I should do? I did notice a little oil dripp...
