It could be bad maf connector.
They are more prone to failure than actual maf sensor.

I was chasing my tail about this exactly problem for about half a year and nailed it to a bad maf connector.

Could be spark plugs,cap & rotor or spark plug wires.

There are so many tyre shops which doesn't remove old weights before new balancing...they just add more if needed...resulting in bad vibrations which was hardly noticeable before balancing.
Now....i just visit one or two tyre shops because of that and avoid others.

When there are fault codes stored in TCM module,they don't reset with battery disconnect like engine ecu. You will need at least VOL-FCR or 850app to read & clear the codes to see what's going on.
